The Resume Boss was sparked by a conversation in a small Sydney apartment between my partner and I (a strategic writer with vast amounts of experience and an eye for detail). We’d both spent years working together and realised something was missing in the industry: A human touch!

We wanted to create something more personal — a service where clients could speak directly with us and receive honest, tailored, expert advice.

We had a shared vision — to simplify the job application process, cut through the confusion, and help real people secure real jobs, with expert advice and a personable, one-on-one approach.
